Other public facilities will include a City-owned conference center and event plaza, as well as a new home for the Port Orange/ South Daytona Chamber of Commerce, Port Orange Historic Trust, ARTHAUS, and Halifax Sport Fishing Club.
revitalization
Port Orange Riverwalk is a vital part of the revitalization of Port Orange's riverfront area, providing an economically prosperous development that will increase property values, provide housing opportunities, create jobs, and expand recreational, entertainment, and social opportunities within the City for residents and visitors.
Port Orange Riverwalk was planned with the community in mind. The development team designed the project to meet the vision outlined by the Community Redevelopment Agency and City of Port Orange
