Spruce Creek Commons is a planned 9.43 acre workforce housing development that will be located near the Riverwood shopping area of Port Orange. As the developer, we here at LaCour and Company, are very excited to have the opportunity to bring a much-needed workforce housing development to the community.
Port Orange is known as a "City of Neighborhoods" and we look forward to working with the city and county in offering a reasonably priced residential development product that will open the opportunity for home ownership to many of our local firemen, police, teachers, nurses, and other working families.
